Stand Cost & Entry fees

Prebooking is essential. Bookings close on June 12th.
- Exhibitors must supply details of both employer/public liability insurance at the time of booking.
- Erection of stands and provision of fittings and equipment are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
- Services (e.g electricity) are not provided for outdoor stands.
- Exhibitors should note that additional advertising on site (apart from their trade exhibit) is not permitted unless agreed in advance with the organisers.
- Fees must be paid by bank transfer prior to the event.
- The location of the exhibit is chosen by the organising commitee.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to any exhibitor without explanation whatsoever.
- The organisers cannot bear responsibility for any costs/losses incurred by exhibitors arising from damage to property, theft, weather conditions, failure of services/power supply interruption, cancellation of event, poor attendance, unsuitable location of exhibition, damage to reputation, claims/prosecution etc. arising against the exhibitor.
- Food will be available onsite from designated vendors throughout the event. Please note that preparation and/or bringing food or drinks onto the site is not permitted.
Breed Show/Non Show Societies
- The FBD Lambplus class will commence at 10.00am and run until 10.45am. The organisers request that breed societies refrain from showing during this time.
- It is the responsibilty of each breed society to provide judges and prizes for their own shows.
- Straw/hay will not be provided.
- The gate closes for sheep entries at 8.30am sharp on Saturday 21st June.
- All exhibits must be removed from the site no later than Monday 23rd June at 5pm.
