To care for a Giant Flemish Rabbit, I understand

They need a xpen for indoors or dog kennel for outdoors for space. No pet store cages! Google set up ideas to protect your rabbit and your home.They overheat when temps are 85 degrees. They CANNOT survive in the sun and in cages with no fans or off of the ground. If outdoors, they must have shade and be able to dig in the ground to stay cool. Box fans are necessary to move air.They do not like to be picked up often. This scares rabbits and they can bit and kick to defend themselves. These are not suitable for small children.They need hay 24/7, pellets as well as occasional treats.Rabbits need to dig and chew so provide toys for them and protect your floor and furniture.Rabbits are active in the a.m. and p.m. They are happy sleeping and chilling during their non active times. This makes it suitable for working pet owners.Rabbits scare easy --which can lead to heart attacks. Make sure no wild animals, the family dog, etc will be able to reach them.Rabbits have fun, quirky personalities that will warm your heart. Be prepared to be your rabbit's best friend.
Back to the Burrow Rabbits:

1. Will be available when they are at least 12 weeks or older- After June 1st.

2. Are available to pet owners who understand the space and care needed for a Giant Flemish Rabbit.

3. Are healthy, socialized and ready for their new home. Remember, it will take around a week for them to adjust and a few weeks to litter training. Spaying and Neutering will make a better pet:)

4. Are a life time committment for the rabbit (8-10) years. Please do not let your rabbit "out in the wild". They will not survive! Find a new best home for them or contact us.
Payment is expected at the time of pick up or shipping.

Rabbits are $75-$200 depending on the quality of the rabbit and how many rabbits you will be purchasing.

A $50 deposit is required to hold your rabbit.
