By submitting this form, you agree to the terms and policies below.
- After completing this form, you'll receive a confirmation email with details about your order. We'll also call you within 1 day to confirm your order.
- Once order details are confirmed, your invoice will be sent.
- For orders under $399, full payment is required to confirm your order and secure your pick-up date. For orders over $400, a 50% deposit can be made at the time your order is placed, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to scheduled pick-up. Please note: your order is not secured until payment has been made.
  REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
  Refunds may be given if cancellation is made 30 days prior to scheduled pick-up date; 15% cancellation fee will be incurred.
