Job Description:
We are looking for Data Scientists who are passionate about turning raw data into meaningful insights and intelligent products. In this role, you’ll develop models and algorithms that help solve real-world business problems—whether it's optimizing operations, personalizing customer experiences, or powering advanced analytics platforms.
You’ll work closely with data engineers, business stakeholders, and client teams to translate complex questions into data-driven solutions. We’re open to various levels of seniority—from strong analysts with solid coding skills to experienced data scientists who can lead project streams and influence decision-making.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Build and deploy machine learning and statistical models to support client use cases
- Work with large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform business decisions
- Design experiments, A/B tests, and causal inference analyses where relevant
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data science models into production systems
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up to date with emerging tools and methodologies in data science and AI
- Support clients in identifying opportunities for value creation through advanced analytics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
We’re looking for people who have experience with some of the following technologies and are eager to grow in others:
- Strong experience in Python and relevant libraries
- Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data modeling techniques
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets (e.g., SQL, Spark, or cloud-based tools)
- Familiarity with ML model deployment pipelines (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, Azure ML) is a plus
- Ability to translate business challenges into data science questions and communicate results clearly
- Experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
