  • We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant/Project Manager to help manage a variety of roofing and building restoration projects throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. This is a dynamic role that combines on-site coordination with office-based project and administrative support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate daily operations on multiple job sites, working directly with labor teams and subcontractors.
    • Provide written and verbal communication to crews and subcontractors and report progress to the owner.
    • Update and manage project schedules and budgets alongside the owner.
    • Communicate with clients and homeowners via phone and email for status updates.
    • Assist with estimating, preparing proposals, change orders, and other project documentation.
    • Work with office staff to ensure smooth coordination and invoicing.
    • Purchase and coordinate delivery of materials from local supply companies.
    • Transition between field and office work as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Familiarity with construction terminology, methods, and practices.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools.
    • Comfortable working with lumberyards, roofing/siding suppliers, and coordinating deliveries.
    • Ability to lift and move moderately heavy materials when needed.
    • Valid driver’s license required.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
    • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
