  • To ensure your request can be accommodated, all cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted through this form — verbal or email requests alone are not sufficient. Short-term changes require at least 24 business hours notice, and long-term schedule changes require a minimum of one week advance notice. Requests submitted outside these windows may not be eligible for rescheduling and could be counted as sessions delivered. For full details, please review our GROW Change Request Policy.

  • Cancel/Reschedule GROW Session(s)

    Use this section to request the cancellation or rescheduling of your GROW sessions. Please note that short-term changes require at least 24 business hours notice, and a replacement date and time must be confirmed within 5 days of your submission. Long-term schedule changes require a minimum of one week advance notice. Requests submitted outside these windows may not be eligible for rescheduling and may be considered as sessions delivered in accordance with your contract.

Approved changes may require verifying tutor availability, which could impact tutor consistency for your program. Requests outside the required notice windows (24 business hours for short-term, one week for long-term changes) may be considered delivered and billable.
