  • This enrollment, effective   Pick a Date*  , is entered into by and between   *   *, representing above mentioned business and Mediagistic, a Florida Corporation, located at 8675 Hidden River Parkway, Tampa, FL 33637. This agreement represents the full scope of services to be performed by Mediagistic. Buyer agrees to participate in the above-mentioned packages and this agreement is a non-cancellable commitment.

    Messaging and Creative:
    Advertisements will promote the Stanley Black & Decker (SBD) brands only. Only Cub Cadet, Hustler, or Dewalt creative will be used with individual dealer tags. Landing pages will be used as part of the 2025 Inventory Marketing Program. The landing page content is the responsibility of the dealer, not Mediagistic.

    Participation in the 2025 Inventory Marketing Program grants Mediagistic the right to track and record all the elements of the campaign.

    SBD will deduct dealers out of pocket investment directly out of their Open Account and will deduct applicable SAF funds as agreed in this package. Dealer is responsible for verifying SAFfund balance in SBDdealers.com. Mediagistic and SBDwill not be held responsible for inaccurate SAF submissions.

    Amendments, Modifications, or Exceptions:
    Mediagistic and SBD reserve the right to amend, modify, or cancel the program, or any portion at any time.
