Location: East Longmeadow, MA
Pay: $17-$18 per hour
Start Date: May 2025

Job Duties Include:
- General handyman repairs & preventative maintenance
- Mold remediation & cleaning
- Light carpentry, patching, painting, and minor repairs
- Assisting with property upkeep and on-site maintenance needs
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to work independently and take direction
- Experience in handyman work or mold remediation is a plus
