Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Data Architects who can design and guide the implementation of scalable, secure, and future-proof data architectures across cloud environments. In this role, you'll help define technical standards, shape data strategy, and enable advanced analytics and AI solutions by ensuring the right foundations are in place.
You’ll work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business goals into modern data platforms using technologies like Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and more.
We’re open to a range of seniorities—as long as you bring a strong architectural mindset, the ability to zoom out and see the big picture, and the willingness to stay hands-on when needed.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Design and maintain cloud-based data architectures that support analytics, reporting, and ML/AI use cases
- Lead the architectural design of data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses
- Define best practices and reference architectures for scalable data platforms
Support data governance, security, and compliance initiatives through robust architecture
- Work with engineering teams to guide implementation and ensure alignment with architecture
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that align with business and technical goals
- Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to translate needs into solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
We’re looking for people who have experience with some of the following technologies and are eager to grow in others:
- At least 5 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related fields
- Strong experience designing solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Proficiency in modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake architectures
- Familiarity with orchestration and ETL tools like Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or dbt
- Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance considerations in cloud environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
