Lazy Su is a modern asian eating house with a Korean, Japanese and Chinese inspired menu.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time chef to join our team.

Applicants must have previous experience in a busy kitchen environment and be able to work autonomously in their role.
In addition we are looking for applicant who demonstrate the following:
High cooking standards with an attention to detail
High level of interpersonal, communication and team work skills
Good work ethic including the ability to work under pressure
Ability to maintain service standards
Good knife skills
Good with quick, consistent prep
Reliable and able to be flexible with a rotating roster
Experience using woks and other asian cooking equipment is desirable however not necessary

You must have the right to work in Australia, and be available to work a flexible rotating roster.
Lazy Su currently operates 7 days per week (Monday-Sunday).

Lazy Su is an established dining destination for locals and interstate guests.

Salary: $73,150.00-75,000.00 per year + superannuation.
