Terms and agreement:* This field is required.Final headcount and menu: Please note that the final headcount and menu selections must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to your event. Additionally, any modifications to the booking form cannot be accommodated within 7 days of your event time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. No exceptions will be made. Cancellation Policy: No deposit is required at the time of booking. However, if a customer cancels their appointment within 72 hours (3 days) of the scheduled appointment date, customer will be responsible for a $200.00 cancellation fee. Failure to remit the cancellation fee within three days after the appointment date may result in the caterer pursuing legal action and charging applicable interest. Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of rain, it is the customer's responsibility to provide suitable covering for our chef to cook under to ensure they can work comfortably and safely. Acceptable options include tents or patios. Customers are responsible for canceling in the case of inclement weather. If there is a possibility of rain on the scheduled day, the caterer will contact the customer three days prior to the event to request a $200.00 deposit to secure the reservation. This deposit will be refunded on the day of service. Punctuality Policy: Events cannot be delayed or extended, as our chefs need to adhere to strict schedules to accommodate subsequent bookings. Liability Waiver: Please take note: Ralphie Food Service LLC, its agents, employees, directors, or representatives, will not be liable to any licensee (host) or their guests for property damage resulting from any event held on the licensee's premises. "Property damage" refers to injury to any real or personal property on the premises where the Hibachi House Party Catering event is taking place. Furthermore, the licensee (host), on behalf of themselves and their guests, waives any claims against Ralphie Food Service LLC for loss of, damage to, or destruction of property, regardless of cause, before, during, or after the Ralphie Food Service LLC event. This waiver constitutes a complete release of responsibility for property loss, damage, or destruction sustained by the licensee or their guests. Travel Fee Policy / Minimum Number of Guests Traveling Fee (Based on Location 07728 -Freehold, NJ): $50 for destinations within a 50-mile radius of our location. Additional $2 per mile for distances exceeding 50 miles. One-way trip fee applies for round trips. Note: For destinations over 100 miles from our location, a minimum of 15 adults is required. This requirement ensures the best possible experience and cost-effectiveness for longer trips. Travel fee is not included in the minimum $600.
