This Graphic Design Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between RavinTaughtMe ("Service Provider") and the undersigned ("Client") for the creation of training materials, including slide decks, workbooks, and/or pre-recorded instructional videos.
By purchasing this service, the Client agrees to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
Service Provider agrees to create a custom training course based on the package selected above. The Client is responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and preferences required to complete the project.
2. Turnaround Time
The turnaround day countdown for onboarding begins once the Client has submitted all required materials If the Client fails to submit all required materials within 15 business days of purchase, a full refund will be issued, and the project will be canceled.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide all necessary details within the stated timeframe.
- Respond to communication in a timely manner.
- Review the final product and request reasonable revisions (within the scope of the service) within 48 hours of delivery.
- Failure to participate in the process or respond within reasonable timeframes may impact the delivery timeline and quality of the service.
4. Ownership & Rights
The Client retains 100% ownership rights to the materials and can use them freely. Service Provider retains the right to use non-confidential portions of the project for promotional purposes, such as portfolio samples, unless the Client opts out in writing by emailing services@ravintaughtme.com. The Client may opt out at any time, and upon doing so, their materials will no longer be used in any marketing efforts.
5. Abandonment Clause
If the Client fails to communicate or provide necessary details for the any services that need client intervention/logins for 30 consecutive days, the project will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued for abandoned projects. If the Client wishes to resume an abandoned project, additional fees may apply based on updated timelines and workload.
6. Refund & Revision Policy
Refunds are only available if the Client fails to provide necessary materials within the initial 15-business-day timeframe or if the Service Provider cannot complete the project for unforeseen reasons. Clients are entitled to one (1) round of minor revisions within 48 hours of receiving their final materials. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge. Due to the nature of these services, there may be a delay in delivery of up to 14 days depending on the volume (usally during peak season). If there is a delay, the Service Provider will reach out by email before the turnaround time ends. We reserve that right.
7. Limitation of Liability
Service Provider is not responsible for any business outcomes resulting from the use of the training materials. The materials are provided "as is" with no guarantees of specific results.
By purchasing, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
