Important Warranty Information:
Please note, if your request is a warranty issue, we do not automatically replace Point Pods.
In most cases, warranty issues can be resolved quickly over the phone or via email without needing to return the unit.
If further inspection is required, the unit must be shipped back to our workshop for assessment and repair.
A replacement will only be issued if the unit cannot be repaired.
Important Returns Information:
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
If the return meets our Returns Policy, a refund will be issued.
Please note, any applicable fees (such as shipping or restocking fees) will be deducted from the refund.
