For Ages 4 to 4th Grade Completed (5th – 12th Grades help serve as youth volunteers; nursery available for infant-age 3 for adult volunteers)

Mon – Thurs, June 16 – 19, 5:30-8p

Free Kid-Friendly Dinner @ 5:30pm

Check-in of kids will be at the Foyer of the Sanctuary. Pick up of kids will be in the small lobby of the church offices, next to the Sanctuary. Parents/Guardians must physically enter these spaces in order to drop off and pick up their children.

I do grant First Methodist Church and its staff and volunteers my permission to:

-Render medical aid to my child in the event of an injury or unforeseen health situation.

-Take pictures and videos that may include my child to be used in digital and print contexts (even though my child will not be identified in any of the pictures and videos).

I do understand that if my child has a fever, has vomited that day, or is exhibiting symptoms of illness, they are not to participate for that day of VBS. I do understand that participating in Vacation Bible School is completely voluntary and my child/children are to behave well in order to participate. I understand that volunteers may have to take non-physical action steps to discipline my child/children should they misbehave. I understand that multiple incidents of poor behavior may result in he/she/them forfeiting their continued participation in VBS.
