Spring Art Show Submission

Judge's Preview Night  NEW

New this year is a Judge's Preview Night. It is an opportunity to listen to the judge's views on the work. 

Gift Shop / Sales Room
Artists participating in the SAS may participate in the gift shop. Participants must work a morning or afternoon shift. 20% of all sales goes to LAA. Space is limited.

Volunteering

The Spring Art Show is put on entirely by volunteers like yourself. We need your help! There will be a sign up sheet available.

Sponsor an Artist   NEW 

We have introduced a new program to Support An Artist. Lower the barrier for artist wanting to participate. Money to sponsor an artist will pay for a membership, a workshop or a show entry for artist who cannot afford it otherwise. These are tax-deductible donations. 

If you would like to sponsor one or more entries for an artist who can't afford it, check the box and you will be sent to the donation page after you submit. 

Sales

20% commission will be taken on all sales.

Liability

While reasonable precautions will be taken in processing and handling work, LAA or Bothwell Arts Center will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to entries during transportation, handling or exhibit.

Pickup

Artists must pick up or make arrangements to have entries picked up between 4-5 pm Sunday, April 13. If artwork is left after Sunday at 5 pm, a storage fee of $20 per day will be enforced.

Publicity

By entering my work in the Spring Art Show, I agree that images of my work or myself may be used to promote the show.

Fees are not refundable.
