What is your dancer's ballet level? (Please reference the schedule and placement guidelines above. Note that the Royal Academy of Dance ballet grade is different from an American school grade.) If tap or contemporary only, select tap or contemporary.
If you are enrolling after the start of the dance year, please indicate your preferred start date. This will help us determine a pro-rated tuition amount.

Agreements
Below are the 2025-2026 tuition rates. You will pay one-time registration and recital fees in the next section of this form using a credit card or ACH transfer (ACH transfer preferred), but you will receive a separate email with your first tuition invoice, which can be paid with cash, check, or an online ACH transfer. Tuition is non-refundable. We do not charge late fees but appreciate timely payments and all dancers must have a $0 balance one month before the recital. If you need to break up the trimester payments into smaller payments, please let us know. We are always happy to work out alternative payment schedules.
Liability waiver: I understand that participation in a dance program involves risk of injury. I authorize Sandra's Studio of Dance to secure any emergency medical treatment my child or I might need. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sandra's Studio of Dance and its staff from any and all claims to personal injury sustained while participating in this program. I agree I will not hold Sandra's Studio of Dance responsible for the loss or damage of personal property while in attendance and/or participating in this program.*

RegistrationThis registration fee is non-refundable and secures your spot in class. You will receive an email invoice for tuition, which is due at the beginning of each trimester and payable through ACH transfer, check or cash.

Recital FeeYour recital fee includes a costume that's yours to keep, a fresh pair of tights (for Pre-Ballet through Grade 4), free admission to our end-of-year recital at the Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox, and a digital download of a professionally-produced video.
