We're so excited you're interested in joining us for our inaugural Lenses Abroad Photo Art Tour! This registration form is the first step in securing your spot. Please fill out the details below. Once submitted, you will receive confirmation and next steps via email.

In the classic Montréal Apartment where we will be based:

There are four bedrooms available: three private (each with queen-sized beds) and one shared (with two twin-sized beds)

PACKAGE I: $2,700 USD

Package I includes one private room (single occupancy, queen bed) plus all the good stuff listed in the tour overview-- workshops, photo walks, special outings, designated transportation, food, beverages and other extras

PACKAGE II: $2,400 USD

Package II includes one shared bedroom (double occupancy, twin beds) plus all the good stuff listed in the tour overview-- workshops, photo walks, special outings, designated transportation, food, beverages and other extras

PACKAGE III: $2,300 USD (each)

Package III (Bring A Friend) includes one shared room (double occupancy, one shared queen bed) plus all the good stuff listed in the tour overview-- workshops, photo walks, special outings, designated transportation, food, beverages and other extras 

•SELECTIONS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED•

Retainer Fees:

• To secure your spot, a non-refundable retainer payment of $500 USD is required to secure your booking at the time of registration. This fee covers administrative and planning costs and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

• A second retainer payment of $500 USD is due thirty days from your registration date.

Remaining Balance: 

• Due no later than AUGUST 8, 2025 (60 days from the tour)

• Once the registration form has been completed and submitted, you will receive an email confirmation from Lenses Abroad, followed by an invoice via Paypal for the initial retainer amount. Once payment is received, voilá! Your spot is secured.

*NOTE: Installments welcome after the $1,000 retainer has been received-- please contact us at lensesabroad@gmail.com to make arrangements.

 

Because this is a small, curated experience with limited spaces and fixed costs:

• The $500 retainer is non-refundable

Cancellation Deadlines:

• Cancellations made *on or before* August 8, 2025 are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the $500 retainer. The exact refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

• Cancellations made *after* August 8, 2025 are non-refundable.

Transfer of Booking: 

• If you need to cancel but can find someone to take your place, we may offer a refund (excluding the retainer) once the new participant has fully paid.

 Exceptions:

• In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we will review refund requests individually.

*NOTE: We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment
