Welcome to the 15th Annual CCHT Conference! Please fill out the form below. For assistance or group registrations of 9 or more, email stop-it@usc.salvationarmy.org with 'Conference' in the subject line.

Registration cannot include a combo of pay by card and Pay by invoice. Please select one or the other.

Invoices can be completed via check or through an online payment processor (Stripe). Instructions for both will be available on the invoice. Registration will be marked pending until payment is recieved and processed. Attendees with a pending status will not have access to the event.

Last Call (Aug 2 - Sept 3): $200
