Vendor Village - Normal BoothAll vendors are asked to pay a $150 vendor fee per booth. Your booth within vendor village will be 10' X 10'. This is a donation directly back to the event and MAC. If you are a nonprofit organization, please select the Nonprofit option and provide proof of your 501(c) 3 declaration. You must provide your own pop-up tent, table and chairs for the event.

Vendor Village - Priority BoothONLY TEN AVAILBLE - All priority booth vendors are asked to pay a $200 vendor fee per booth. Your booth within vendor village will be 10' X 10'. This is a donation directly back to the event and MAC. If you are a nonprofit organization, please select the Nonprofit option and provide proof of your 501(c) 3 declaration. You must provide your own pop-up tent, table and chairs for the event.

Vendor Village - Nonprofit PartnerAll vendors are asked to register for their booth. Your booth within vendor village will be 10' X 10'. Please email proof of your 501(c)3 declaration to directorofadvancement@mckameyanimalcenter.org PRIOR to event day to confirm your registration. You must provide your own pop-up tent, table and chairs for the event.

Beer Garden VendorAll vendors are asked to register for their booth space. Your booth space within the Beer Garden zone will be 10' X 10'. You must agree to donate product to be a free vendor in the beer garden. Should you have any questions, please email directorofadvancement@mckameyanimalcenter.org. You must provide your own pop-up tent for the event. We will provide a table and two chairs for you. If you wish to bring more, please do so.

PawPalooza Vendor Release & Waiver of Liability

In consideration of McKamey Animal Center (MAC) permitting me to participate as a vendor in PawPalooza, I __________________________ (participant name), on behalf of myself and my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin, hereby agree to the following:

I understand that this event will be open to the public and to pets, and that pets can be unpredictable. I hereby waive, release, and discharge for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, business associates, employees, volunteers, and assigns any and all rights, liability, causes of action and claims that may now or hereafter accrue to me or which I may now or hereafter assert against MAC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, successors, and assigns, as well as the sponsors of this event, for any personal injury and/or property damage that I or my property may suffer or sustain as a result of participation, and I hereby assume all risks of any such injury and damage.

I agree that I will be assigned a specific vendor space by MAC, and I will not move or alter that space, nor will I assign my all or part of my space to any other person, firm or organization without the express permission of MAC event management

I accept that exhibits that are deemed unsuitable or objectionable may be adjusted or removed and understand that this restriction applies to noise, persons, conduct, printed matter, materials, or anything that might be objectionable to attendees or be contrary on the mission and principles of MAC.

I agree that my participation in this event will have no bearing on any actions or activities conducted by MAC’s Animal Protection Division, including inspections of my business and/or permitting as required by applicable City ordinance.

I agree and give my permission for MAC and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the MAC website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the MAC’s control. I agree that I will not hold the MAC responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.

I agree that MAC has the final right to include or refuse inclusion of any vendors. Should I be refused the right to participate at the event for any reason within MAC’s control I will be refunded my vendor fee, but should the event be canceled for reasons of dangerous weather conditions or any other circumstance outside MAC’s control, or should I cancel my vendor spot within 1 months (30 days) of the event, my vendor fee may not be refunded.

I agree that this Release & Waiver of Liability shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee and shall be construed as broadly as Tennessee laws allow. In the event that any portion of this Release is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Release shall nevertheless continue to be enforceable.
