By paying for your Lawn Sign Greeting along with clicking I agree below, you agree to let a representative from Lawn Sign Greetings enter the property requested for sign rental installation. If this is not your personal property, you agree to take responsibility for the sign rental placed on this property. These signs will result in small puncture holes in lawns. Although damage is unlikely, we are not responsible for damage to any sprinkler systems or pipes.
You agree that none of the signage will be moved, no lawn mowing or lawn services will occur on the rental day, and animals or children will not be permitted near the signs. Freshly mowed lawns work best for installation (usually the day before the rental). Signs can only be installed on grass (no rock/bricks/turf installations). The installation area will be cleared of animal waste by the renter before installation.
Displays will be installed after 5 pm and up to midnight the evening before the rental date and will be removed after 5pm the next day. Extra rental time may be requested. We cannot guarantee approval, but we will try our best to accommodate. Extra day rentals are subject to approval and a fee. Be sure you communicated needs and wants with extra time.
In the event of inclement weather (particularly lightning and high winds), Lawn Sign Greetings reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement and issue a refund or re-book. If the renter/receiver wishes to have the signs removed, please notify Lawn Sign Greetings as soon as possible. We do our best to install the display where the renter requests, however, due to various reasons, the signs may have to be relocated. No refunds will be issued due to early requests for pick up or cancellations by the renter/receiver.
All signs remain the property of Lawn Sign Greetings. This is a rental. Any damage, destruction, or tampering with the yard signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent. If there is any damage to the display, you are responsible for the replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value.
Lawn Sign Greetings reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.
PAYMENT: Payment is to be paid in full at the time of booking to hold the reservation. You will complete this form and agree to these terms but unless you make payment in full, this form does not hold your reservation or requests; payment does.
Refunds are only provided when the rental is cancelled by Lawn Sign Greetings. If the renter decides to cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, they will be issued a credit for future use. If the renter cancels within 24 hours of the rental, the payment is forfeited.
HOA's: We are not responsible for HOA issues or if it is determined that you cannot have a sign in your HOA after installation. No refunds for HOA-related issues. Please check before ordering.
We reserve the right to photograph your lawn greeting and use it for marketing or any other purposes. We will not show your address. All yard sign setups include a small advertising sign for Lawn Sign Greetings. This may NOT be removed. We will place it away from the main display so it can be cropped out of photos.
