Description of PLAYER'S STANCE

STANCE 1 - Bat on shoulders w/ players hands hanging over the bat

STANCE 2 - Bat resting on front side in front of player, relaxed on shoulder

STANCE 3 - Baseball in hand, held out in front of player with face in focus and baseball blurred

STANCE 4 - Batting Stance

STANCE 5 - Catchers Stance

STANCE 6- Field Stance (Mit on with opposite hand in mit, knees bent)

STANCE 7 - Pitchers Stance (Mit under chin, other arm behind back, bent forward)

STANCE 8 - Player's Choice

- That the options you have selected are non-refundable. If there was an error on the photographers part, corrections will be made and you will receive the items purchased. If there is an error due to the Printing Company, the photographer will exhaust all means to get the error fixed, however if the error cannot be fixed, the client must reach out to the Printing Company.

- That all images purchased will be used ONLY for personal use. Per Copyright Infringement Laws, all images purchased may NOT but used for any print in any form unless purchased through Beautifully Fierce Photography. OR you (the client) purchases the "COPYRIGHT RELEASE"option, then you (the client) will have full rights to the photo and may use the image for any printing options with any Company of your choice. HOWEVER, the image may NOT be altered in any way, shape, or form; to include but not limited to adding font, background, foreground, color hues, cropping, etc. Doing so changes the image and is a misrepresentation of Beautifully Fierce Photography's Products. If the image is altered in any way at all, YOU and "THE COMPANY" will be in fault and responsible for any and all legal fees and fines accrued per any legal authority to include, but not limited to the court, legal counsel, etc.
