    We welcome food vendors and dry goods merchants to showcase authentic Filipino cuisine, ingredients, or food-related products. Share your specialty—whether it’s bulalo, batchoy, durian-based treats, or packaged delicacies—and connect with eager foodies!
  • đź—“ Event Dates: 25–26 October 2025

    📍 Locations:

    • Cuthberts Green Park (near Cowles Stadium) – Main event area (food, stalls, rides, etc.)
    • Selwyn Sports Centre – For basketball games only

     

    Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Vendor Pricing (Per Day/location)

    1x 3x3 Marquee – $400/day
    2x 3x3 Marquees (side by side) – $700/day
    Food Truck – $500/day
    Dry Goods – $300/day
    Both Locations with 1x 3x3 Marquee each – $700/day
    đź›– Marquees are provided by the organisers


    Information Booths (Non-Food Vendors) For services such as Insurance, Real Estate, Consultations, etc.
    Space inside a Shared Marquee – $200/day 
    (Please provide your own table & chairs, maximum of 1.5m long)

    đź”” Order Management Requirement

    To help reduce crowding and improve customer experience: All food vendors are strongly encouraged to provide their own pagers or buzzer systems for customer orders.
    This will help minimise queues and maintain better crowd control during busy periods.

     

    ⚡ Power Usage & Safety Requirements for Food Stallholders

    To ensure a smooth and safe event, all food vendors must adhere to the following:

    🔌 Power Requirements (for food vendors only)

    Vendors must bring their own electrical equipment (e.g., crockpots, microwaves, outdoor extension cords).
    All electrical gear must be tag tested.
    Only outdoor-rated power cables are permitted per Council H&S rules.
    Each stall may use up to 7,000 watts of electricity.
    Gas cooking/heating is recommended as the safest option for outdoor use.

    ⚠️ Power Point Availability

    Only 9 single-plug household-type power points are available.
    Power access is first-come, first-served based on your application.


    🛑 Penalties & Compliance

    Non-compliance will result in:

    đźš« No Food license = No setup
    🚫 Stalls without approved licenses will be dismantled immediately — even during the event.
    No exceptions. To avoid disruption or embarrassment, submit all required documents and licenses early.

    We do not accept cash payments, personal bank transfers, or any other payment methods. Any payments made outside our official channels will not be honoured.

    Pricing & Reservation Policy: First come First Served

    A non-refundable reservation fee of $150 is required to secure a good spot.
    Full payment must be completed on or before 15 Sept 2025 @11:59pm
    Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee, and the spot will be reallocated.
    Strict Compliance:

    Our organisation does not authorise any individual member to collect payments via personal accounts or cash. Any such transactions are unauthorised and invalid.

    Refunds or Liability

    Once payment is made, no refunds for cancellations or no-shows will be issued.
    The organisers reserve the right to modify terms or event details without prior notice.
