All fees are invoiced per term, sent via email. Invoices are sent prior to a term’s commencement date and are due by the end of the first week. Fees automatically include a multi-class discount for those doing multiple group classes (discount caps at 6 classes per week, any additional classes are $14.30 per class per week).

1 class per week / $16.50 / $165 per 10 week term

2 classes per week / $31.9 / $319 per 10 week term

3 classes per week / $46.2 / $462 per 10 week term

4 classes per week / $59.40 / $594 per 10 week term

5 classes per week / $72.60 / $726 per 10 week term

6 classes per week / $85.8 / $858 per 10 week term

Casual Class rate is $27.50 per class.

Pre-school Program rate is $16.50 per class (Tinies & Dance With Me), DWM not included in the multi-class discount.

PLEASE NOTE: 2026 will operate on 9 & 10 week terms, invoices will reflect this. Classes run for 45mins/1hr each per week, prices may vary to reflect 30min classes.

ADDITIONAL FEES & INFORMATION
All fees are strictly non-refundable. All communication regarding fees should be prompt and in writing via email.

AN ENROLMENT FEE of $22 per student is charged at the beginning of your enrolment and is strictly non-refundable. Enrolment fees cover costs of insurance, music licensing, administration, first aid supplies etc. Subsequent term fee invoices may include the addition a $5.50 administration fee.

All prices listed are 10% GST inclusive

PRODUCTION/COSTUME LEVIES may be charged in Terms 2-4 in advance of the End of Year Performance.

In our experience, students achieve more in their classes (pre-school students included) when they can focus on the teacher in a calm and controlled space. For this reason and like most other dance schools, classes are not open for viewing. Our younger students may have specific occasions where the teachers will invite parents/guardians to view the last few minutes of class, however this is at the discretion of our Teachers during Terms 1 & 2 only to help keep concert routines a surprise later in the year. All Dance With Me students must be accompanied by an adult to each class to encourage their participation - please be ready to join in!

Our Tiny Tiptoes & Tiny Tumblers classes typically have student helpers assist the class who are fantastic at encouraging and supporting our youngest students that need may need extra help.

Strictly no photos or videos are to be taken by parents/guardians of the dancers during class.

The withdrawal/cancellation of a student’s class enrolment must be advised in writing via email. Any paid Enrolment Fees & Term invoices are strictly non-refundable, a credit towards future invoices may be considered at the discretion of the Studio Director.

A 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD applies to any student from the date of their confirmed enrolment as emailed by Studio C admin. Enrolment changes or cancellations made during this period of 14 business days may incur a cancellation fee, any attended or missed classes may also be charged at the casual class rate.

Cancellations/changes to an enrolment outside of the cooling off period may incur the full term fee.

No! Students may attend classes for recreation and work their way up through our levels at their own pace. We do offer solo/duo and troupe performance opportunities as well as classical ballet exams for those students who are driven and want to get more out of their dancing.

Ballet dancers wishing to complete a ballet exam must attend two Ballet classes per week including our exam specific preparation program, meet out-of-studio practise requirements and download the R.A.D app. All Ballet Exam classes/training programs incur extra costs; enquire today to discuss your dancer's options and to receive an exam information pack detailing extra costs, commitments & student expectations.

The Studio C team can be reached outside of teaching hours and are best contacted via email but can also be reached via Facebook messenger on our business page. Our teachers often have back-to-back classes and therefore don’t have the ability to chat to parents before or after but address the email or message to your desired recipient and we’ll make sure it gets through!

All enrolment enquiries and trial classes are best organised via email.
