    Open to Junior and Senior BDRC Riding Club members and non-members

    1st to 10th Place rosettes awarded in individual classes.

    1st to 3rd Place sashes awarded in the Pairs with 4th to 6th Place rosettes awarded

    Please note up to date body protectors and skull caps are compulsory.

    Classes will not be split Senior/Junior instead we will have ‘Open’ and ‘Restricted’ sections if numbers allow.

    Payment is to be made within 2 days of booking. Any payments not received when times are due will not be included*

    Payment costs are:

    Members - £12.00 per class (HC £9.00) 

    Non-Members - £16.00 per class (HC £13.00)

    The same horse/rider combination can only compete in a maximum of 2 heights. The horse can do a maximum of 3 classes as long as one class is a pairs class.

    * All entries must be paid for two days after booking. Any entries where payment is not received when the times are released, will not be included. Times are generally issued on the Thursday before a show, if your booking has not been included on the times due to lack of payment, there will be an additional £2 late fee added.  We run a no refund policy. If anyone withdraws prior to the closing date, a credit may be held by the club but it is the rider’s responsibility to keep track of this credit. No credit/refunds will be given for withdrawals once the times have been released or on the day—this is due to the cancellation policy at the venue and the fact that the Club will be liable for the cost regardless.
