I understand that Blonded by Mikayla requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice will be considered a last-minute cancellation or reschedule. After two (2) last-minute cancellations or reschedules, I may be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments. Please type "I Agree".
I understand that if I am not satisfied with any aspect of my hair service, I must notify Blonded by Mikayla within 48 hours of the original appointment. This allows the stylist an opportunity to make necessary adjustments. After the 48-hour window, any corrections will be considered a new service and may be subject to additional charges.
