    Succession Planning Consulting Cohort Application

  • This unique opportunity will allow a select group of business owners the chance to meet 1-on-1 for follow up consulting with the speakers from our 2025 Succession Planning Series.

    In this application, tell us a little about your current succession plans, and rate your interest in meeting with our experts in finance, investing, trusts, employment law, family transitions, valuing/selling, operations continuation, and more.

    Consulting Program FAQs:

    • The live webinar series is open to any business owner. You do not need to be a part of the consulting cohort to attend the workshops.

    • In order to take advantage of the 1-on-1 consulting, participants MUST:
      • Have applied and been accepted to the cohort in advance
      • Attend the live webinar session led by the expert they've requested

    • Accepted cohort participants will receive a maximum of 6 free consulting hours total, and a maximum of 2 free consulting hours with any individual consultant.

    • Consulting cohort spots are extremely limited. Applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis.

    • Upon acceptance to the cohort, WBEC-East will send you a proposed consulting plan based on your preferences below.

    • REQUEST YOUR CONSULTANTS 

    • We've got a great faculty of subject matter experts lined up for this program. Please rank your interest in meeting with each based on your plans and needs.

      Important to keep in mind:

      1. If accepted, you will receive:
        • 6 hours - maximum free consulting hours total
        • 2 hours - maximum free hours per consultant

      2. In order to receive consulting, you MUST attend the live virtual workshop with that consultant. This will allow you to go into the consulting conversation more informed and ready with questions unique to your situation. Do not select a particular consultant if you will not be able to attend their workshop.

      If accepted to the program, staff will send you a proposed breakdown of consulting hours based on your preferences for your approval.
