I understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks for myself and my chidl(ren), including but not limited to:

Cooking Class: Burns, cuts, slips, food allergies, or equipment-related injuries.

P.E. Class: Sprains, fractures, collisions, overexertion, or cardiovascular issues.

Woodshop Class: Cuts, abrasions, eye injuries, hearing damage, or tool-related accidents.

I acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume them on behalf of myself and my child(ren).

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Firm Foundation Christian Cooperative, its Board members, Coordinators, members, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of injuries, damages, or losses I or my child(ren) may sustain before, during, or after the activity.

I agree, and will ensure my child(ren) agree, to follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and rules provided by FFC teachers and Coordinators. I will seek clarification if I or my child(ren) do not understand any instructions.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Firm Foundation Christian Cooperative from any claims, damages, or costs arising from my or my child(ren)'s actions or failure to follow safety guidelines.
