  • Jackson County 4-H Livestock Sponsorship Form

    Plans are underway for the Jackson County Fair!  A major part of that preparation is to secure funds and sponsorship for our 4-H awards. This year, all award winners will receive a banners, with the exception of livestock interviews. Livestock interviews will receive award plates for their 4-H Career Plaques. The award name and sponsor will be printed on the banner/plate if you have paid by June 16, 2025.  The cost of each Champion OR Reserve Champion banner is $25. The award plates are $8 each and grouped by Champion or Reserve Champion for all 3 winners in the Beginner, Intermediate, and Senior divisions which total $24. This form also allows you to select volunteer opportunities within the livestock species.

    Each Species will be listed on a separate page of this form. Each award can only be selected once and will be on a first come first serve basis.

    1. Please select which awards you would like to sponsor in each species by checking the boxes for next to each award.
    2. Then and click the bottom right blue "next species" button to go to the next species page until you reach the "complete invoicing information" button.
    3. There will be a page at the end to collect your invoicing information and then a green "submit sponsoship selections" button.

    We will send an invoice via email or mail after we have been notified of your selections. Please pay the invoice by June 16, 2025 to solidify your name is printed on the banner. 

    NOTE: If any of the award(s) you sponsored do not have any entries, Jackson County Extension 4-H staff will put your sponsorship towards other Jackson County 4-H program needs at the County Fair.
