Policies, Procedures, and Media Release:

Please plan for your dancer to attend 6 consecutive weeks of classes beginning at your specified start date. You will be notified if there are any studio/holiday closures during your scheduled classes, and makeup dates will be provided.

If your dancer misses a class, we do provide makeup dates, however please note that this is subject to the availability of the perspective class.

All dancers are required to wear our Adagio Dance Studio standard class uniform. Please select the appropirate uniform on the following payment page.

Girls ~ Adagio Dance Studio leotard, tights, and ballet shoes

Boys ~ Adagio Dance Studio shirt, pants, hoodie and ballet shoes.

We do not refund or prorate fees. Unworn/unused dancewear items are exchangeable within 7 days.

I understand that Adagio Dance Studio & Dancewear will use and print my child’s photographs and any other media material for informational and promotional purposes. This information may be used but is not limited to, newsletters, advertising materials, websites, etc. I understand that any distribution of media will be fully compliant with Adagio Dance policies and values. I release Adagio Dance Studio & Dancewear from any claims and demands in connection with the use of records or photographs. I acknowledge that I will not be compensated for any use of recordings or photographs. I have read, understand, and agree with the purposes and use of my child's photos or videos.

I understand that participation in dance class involves physical activities that may pose risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in classes. I, on behalf of myself and my child, hereby release, waive, and discharge Adagio Dance Studio & Dancewear and their affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with classes.
