When is a new application required?

Submit a new pool application only if:
- You did NOT complete a pool application last season (Summer 2025)
- Your previously submitted information has changed
- Household members need to be added or removed
If none of the above apply, you do NOT need to resubmit an application.

I understand that the swimming pool is for the use of the homeowners of YLOA, their family members, tenants and guests (up to 4 guests). I agree to the following:

1. I am at least 18 years old.

2. I understand that there is no lifeguard on duty and that all users including children and guests are swimming at their own risk.

3. Residents assume the risk and liability for himself/herself/themself and all guests using the swimming pool and hot tub.

4. I agree that I, or an appointed guardian, will be personally present at all times when a member of my family under the age of 14 years is using or occupying the swimming pool. I will also be present when guests are using or occupying the swimming pool.

5. Neither I, nor my family members, tenants, or guests will tamper with the lock on the gate, prop the gate open, or open the gate for others.

6. I agree that any violation of the pool rules may result in the loss of my privileges to use the swimming pool.

7. I understand that the pool can be monitored by Courtesty Patrol and via video surveillance.
IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING PERMITTED TO USE THE YLOA SWIMMING POOL, OWNER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE ASSOCIATION, MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, AND/OR ANY AND ALL OTHER LOT OWNERS IN THE SUBDIVISION FROM LOSS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, AND COSTS (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES AND COURT COSTS) THAT ANY OR ALL OF THE ASSOCIATION PARTIES MAY SUFFER OR INCUR AS A RESULT OF OWNERS (OR OWNER'S FAMILY, INCLUDING CHILDREN) OWNER'S GUESTS, OR TENANTS FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH POOL RULES INCLUDING THIS AGREEMENT.*

SWIMMING POOL & SPA RULES

1. An adult MUST always accompany children under 14.
2. No lifeguard is on duty; swim at your own risk.
3. No glass containers, smoking/vaping, alcohol, or pets allowed in the pool area (registered service animals are permitted).
4. No running, bike/scooter riding, excessive horseplay, diving, or pushing.
5. Swimwear is required to enter the pool or spa. Cut-offs are not allowed.
6. Children younger than 5 are NOT allowed in the spa.
7. Members and guests guilty of damage to the pool area will be held responsible.
8. Members and guests must throw away all trash and take all personal items with them when leaving the pool area.
9. Do not jump and/or play on the pool furniture (benches, tables, chairs, etc.).
10. Do NOT open the gate for people.
11. Do NOT prop/leave the pool gate open.
12. Diapers are not allowed in the pool. Swim diapers are available for purchase in the Clubhouse.
13. No eating or drinking in the pool or spa.
14. No private swimming lessons are permitted.
15. Only standard-size inner tubes/lounge rafts are allowed. No oversized floating devices.
16. Members and guests must abide by the posted pool schedule.
17. Persons with diarrheal illness, cough, fever, and/or respiratory infections should not enter the pool.
18. Please exercise courtesy and discretion when using the pool locker rooms.
19. Employees have the authority to enforce pool rules.
20. No swimming under the influence.
21. No electrical devices near the pool or spa.
22. No swimming during inclement weather.
23. No jumping in the lake is permitted. If this occurs, you will not be permitted to enter the pool area again.
24. No outside music permitted unless using headphones/earbuds.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH DIRECTIVES BY STAFF WILL RESULT IN YOUR POOL PRIVILEGES BEING REVOKED.
