  •   CVA Vendor Registration

    CVA is an annual event that grows every year. Our goal is to bring people together to enjoy mingling, feasting, networking and dancing. Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at this year's event. We are expecting a large crowd that you can offer your items to.  This year's event will continue to be a 2 day festival with higher expectations than before. Please join us to showcase your items and talents.

    Fill out the below information and return this form electronically submitting the form to ChucksvsAdidas@gmail.com to confirm your participation. No verbal agreements will be honored and the form must be signed. By signing this you agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the City of Detroit, Hart Plaza and CVA Festival.  All beverages alcoholic and non-alcoholic will be sold by CVA exclusively, this includes beverages vendors consume. The total cost which includes a deposit to secure your space is due upon submission of your application.   You will also be assigned a space with payment.  

  • Food Truck Vendor - $1,500 = $750 + $750 deposit*  (includes) 

    Booth space  • City of Detroit/Hart Plaza Permit and Food Licensing Fees • Hart Plaza cleanup Fees (excessive cleaning is an additional cost and will be charged to vendor if necessary • Overnight security  • Rules and regulations set by the Health Deptment will be provided 


    Food Vendor (non-food truck) - $ 1,750 = $875 + $875 deposit* (includes)

    Booth space covered by 10x10 tent w/table and 1 chair • Required flooring by Hart Plaza • City of Detroit/Hart Plaza Permit and Food Licensing Fees • Hart Plaza cleanup Fees (excessive cleaning is an additional cost and will be charged to vendor if necessary • Overnight security  • Rules and regulations set by the Health Deptment will be provided 


    Non-Food Vendor or Baked Good/Sweets - $900 = $450 + $450 deposit* (includes)                         

    Booth space covered by 10x10 tents w/table and 1 chair • Required flooring by Hart Plaza • City of Detroit Permit Fees • Hart Plaza cleanup Fees (excessive cleaning is an additional cost and will be charged to vendor if necessary  • Overnight security

    CVA will have 1 price for vendors for both days. 

    All booths must be setup on Saturday for city inspection

    *1/2 down deposit is required to secure and have you space assigned.  

     

  • Rather than operating on a first-come, first-served basis on loading day, spaces will be assigned based on early commitment. By locking in your spot early, you'll have peace of mind knowing exactly where you'll be situated and can plan accordingly.  Booth selections are rented on a first come, first served basis. 

    All vendors will follow all rules required by CVA, the City of Detroit and Hart Plaza.  Security will check for beverages of any kind and if the vendor have beverges you forfiet your space.  And if any other rules are not followed you will forfiet your space and you will NOT receive a refund.  

  • Important Event Information

    Event will run from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Saturday June 28th and Sunday June 29th.  Booth setup begins at 1:00 PM on June 27th. Booths must be completed no later than 12:00 PM on June 28th. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by June 10th will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, but will be given electrical access based on availability. All food trucks/carts will be subject to inspection by the local health department the day of event, and must provide permit for approval. 

     

    ***Early Bird Special $200 off final payment for Food Vendors or $100 off final payment for Non-food Vendors/Baked Goods if balance is paid by May 10, 2025.***

    *** Full Payment discount $$250 off  payment for Food Vendors or $150 off  payment for Non-food Vendors/Baked Goods if paid when registered and by May 1st***
