CCM Prep High School Jazz Audition Sign-Up  

High School Jazz Auditions: Sunday, September 7. 11am-3:00pm (10-minute audition slots). If slots fill up, more will be added. Students who cannot attend the audition should complete this form and will have an opportunity to submit a video of the prepared audition materials by Sept. 15. First rehearsal is Sept. 21.

Audition Location: at CCM, Garage Level P1, Room 1340 Corbett Center (directions and parking information)

The following information is for students entering grades 9-12 auditioning for the CCM Prep High School Jazz Combo and/or CCM Youth Jazz Orchetra (CYJO). For information on tuition and class meeting dates, feel free to review the CCM Prep Jazz Course listings.

After selecting an audition date/time, please click Next to proceed to the final page and submit this form to confirm your selection. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the audition date/time, so please make sure to save that email.
