This form is for scheduling purposes only and does not serve as a contract for services nor does it guarantee a date and time. Once your form is submitted, you will be contacted to confirm your date and time, discuss shoot details, and finalize your session.

A $75 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your session. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your shoot. Alternttively, you may pay your entire shoot upfront.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 5 days prior to your session to retain your booking fee. Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled shoot will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
