By signing below, I authorize my utility (selected above) to provide my utility usage and billing information to Cascadia Community Energy LLC (“Subscription Manager”) and the Oregon Community Solar Program (“ORCSP”) for the electric account I specify. This information may include my electricity account, meter and site number, utility rate schedule, electricity use, and billing information.
