Deadlines:

Due to the prior planning that accommodations such as ASL interpreters, ramps/lifts to the stage, and specialized print requests, we ask that you submit this form by the following dates:

SXSW EDU: February 23, 2026

SXSW: February 26, 2026

Though we will do our best to accommodate any services submitted after these deadlines, we cannot guarentee them. Please always ask. We will do our best to make it happen.

There are no deadlines to services that do not require pre-planning such as adding accessibility designation to your badge, companion wristbands, and service animal tags.
