  • I agree and understand that I am being offered one rescan appointment to take place within 14 days of my original appointment at my convenience. In extreme cases where baby is continually being stubborn a 2nd Rescan may be extended but is not guaranteed.

    I understand I have been told that being well hydrated is important for image quality. Also having something to eat and or cold sugary drinks: such as smoothies or milkshakes 15-20 minutes prior to my rescan will help baby from being overly sleepy.

    Hydrating and making more fluid for baby can take 5-10 days.

    I understand that some babies don't move no matter the amount of time they are given and that some babyies cover their faces or are in positions that make it impossible to see their face as well as can be facing their mother's spine. NO baby can be forced to move if they choose not to.

    If on a restrictive diet ice water is recommended before and during your appointment to help keep baby awake and moving.

    I have been informed that placenta placement and baby's body position aren't possible to control and can influence image quality & visibility of baby's facial features. I understand that images and image quality are impossible to guarantee but Luxe Baby will do everything possible to obtain the best images of baby. 

    I understand that in order to make an accurate gender determination being able to see clearly around baby and their legs is key. It is not possible to make an accurate determination if cord is over and through the legs covering visibility.

    Rescans are not a do over for the full amount of the originally scheduled time but last long enough to determine gender or capture 4D/HD images of your baby.

    After 36 weeks a Rescan will not be offered. I also understand after 34 weeks baby may have turned toward the spine in preparation of birth and their face may no longer be visible.

    I understand that if I am unavailable for a rescan within the 14 days of my original scan a refund will not be issued.

    I understand sessions are non-refundable and charge backs are not accepted.
