December Member Exhibit 2025 REGISTRATION
Welcome Artists! Register below for:
- 6x6" themed piece: SNOW Limited to one piece, 6x6" cradle/panel provided by the BAA only (see PROSPECTUS for details)
- Main Show piece: WINTER, Within 30" Width including frame (DETAILS HERE).
- Artist members may submit work for both the 6x6" and main show or either part, however the pricing is the same ($25) Note: Fees go towards cash awards, judge, supplies & space rental
Location: BAA Community Center at Wilderness Art Studios 2810 Wilderness Place, Suite C (Back door entrance, center/3rd door from end). Detailed directions HERE.

WINTER & SNOW Art final registration for title, medium, price & purchasing info will be sent out after registration deadline (Saturday, Nov 1st, midnight). Please watch for this form & fill out ASAP after receiving it. The final due date is Nov 8th, midnight so that tags may be completed in time for drop off.

100% sales to the artist with following conditions: 1.) 100% to artist when artist is present to take payment, 2.) 100% to artist if purchaser can connect with artist and arrange payment. However, if artist is unavailable and/or links or QR Code is not working and purchaser wishes to purchase art in the moment, with the artist’s permission (below), the BAA can accept payment with the understanding that 20% of sale price will go to the BAA

Purchasers may purchase my art if/when I am not available or links etc. are not working. I agree that the BAA can handle any sale of my art that occurs when I am not present for the above terms.I do not give my permission for my art to be sold through the BAA. Interested parties may only purchase art directly from me or not at all.

Insurance & Loss: The BAA does not insure artwork. It is strongly recommended & the responsibility of the artist to properly insure their work against any damage or loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from copyright, trademark, theft, breakage, fire, flood or any other cause or Act of God to Artist’s work(s) during the term of this agreement.

Any work NOT picked up within 2-weeks of the Pick-Up date (January 2nd, 2026) without previous arrangements with the BAA, becomes the property of the Boulder Art Association.
