2026 CAMPUS OUTREACH NATIONAL CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to plan well and provide a worthwhile experience for all attendees the following cancellation policy will apply to all 2026 Campus Outreach National Conference registrations. All cancellation requests must be submitted via the 2026 National Conference Registration Cancellation Request form available on the 2026 Campus Outreach National Conference website registration page.
Any cancellation request made before December 1, 2025 will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee (any amount paid above that amount may be refunded).
Due to the timing of financial obligations at our conference venue, all registrations after December 1, 2025 are non-refundable except in extremely extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of Campus Outreach National Conference leadership.
