Wellness and Burnout Retreat - Panama
Panama Retreat Participation Agreement: Nature of Services and Terms:
We are so happy to have you participate in this Wellness and Burnout Retreat taking Place In Selva Terra, Panama - March 15-20th, 2026.
This all-inclusive wellness and burnout prevention retreat is for those who give deeply—caregivers, clinicians, educators, partners, animal advocates, and service professionals. It’s a co-ed, inclusive experience. Bring your partner, come solo, or attend with a friend. All identities are welcome. You can engage fully or rest quietly. This is your retreat, your rhythm.
Held on a private island in Panama, this experience is about returning to yourself—with the support of nature, community, and tools you can carry home.
Travel
You’ll book your flight to David Airport, Panama. From arrival to departure, all transportation, accommodations, meals, and group activities are covered.
Lodging
Selva Terra Eco-Lodge offers air-conditioned casitas and a beachfront house with Wi-Fi via Starlink. Each room is thoughtfully designed for rest and privacy.
Meals and Beverages
Locally sourced meals are included, with vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian options. Non-alcoholic drinks, wine, and beer are provided. Cocktails are available for purchase.
Although Dr. Karin Hudson is a licensed clinical psychologist, this retreat experience is not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, nor is participation intended as health care of any kind. In addition, your participation in this therapist retreat is not intended to diagnose or treat any physical or mental illness, dysfunction or condition, nor should these activities be considered a substitute for any healthcare services. If you experience a mental, emotional, or physical condition that requires the care of a healthcare provider, we will be happy to help you to find appropriate referral resources.
Professional Privacy
We strive to keep information about you private at all times. However, the legal rules of confidentiality for healthcare information will not apply. In addition, we cannot create a clinician/client relationship and the rules of privilege will not apply.
Financial Requirements
$500 USD Non-Refundable Deposit required to secure your spot.
Remaining Balance, after deposit and all applicable discounts are applied, will be divided equally depending on number of months left to pay the balance in full. Details of payment arrangment will be emailed to attendee.
Accommodations & Pricing
- Beach House (Quad, Upper Level) – $2,750 per person
- Beach House (King Room, Shared Occupancy) – $3,250 per person
- Casita (Double Occupancy) – $3,250 per person
- Casita (Private, Solo Occupancy) – $4,775 per person

Payments will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month or you can also pay upon receiving invoice from Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC.
Cancellation Policy
$500 USD Deposit is non-refundable.
50% Refund (of total cost of retreat) if canceled 90+ days before start of retreat.
Option to re-schedule your attendance may be provided and considered if balance has been paid in full.
If attendee cancels they are still responsble to pay what the remaining balance is (if they are on a monthly payment plan) to be able to receive the appropriate refund.
If the program must be canceled on the part of Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC for unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued. In this case, Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC holds no financial responsibility for changes to airfare and other miscellaneous charges.
Remaining Balance
Remaining balance is due by January, 15th 2026.
Terms and Conditions:
• There are no known conflicts of interest for this training.
• Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC has no part in the financial agreement between you, the participant, and the hotel.
• Grievances: All grievances must be in writing to consideryourselfcredentialed@gmail.com and will be replied to within 5 - 10 business days.
• This venue is located outside of the United States and may not meet the United States ADA standard.
• Audio and/or visual recording of the training is prohibited.
Acceptance of Risk and Waiver of Liability
I hereby agree to the following:
I am voluntarily consenting to my participation in this retreat in Selva Terra, Panama and activities with Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC. My participation in the retreat activities and classes/workshops/trainings/experiential activities is with full understanding and acceptance of the following information:
Any physical activity contains some risk of injury, even serious injury or death. This is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. Your participation in the retreat activities may not be recommended for you and may not be safe under certain medical conditions. It is your sole obligation to obtain appropriate medical advice regarding your individual health condition before deciding what level of physical activity is appropriate for yourself.
By consenting to participate in the retreat, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC, its affiliates, contractors, and partners of any and all type, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, proprietors, partners, shareholders, principals, agents, predecessors, successors, assigns, accountants, and attorneys from and against any and all injury or other loss, including death, which may in any way arise from the services performed by Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC including any willful misconduct or gross negligence. I agree to voluntarily consent to my participation in the retreat activities offered by Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC. I accept all risks of such participation, and hereby waive any and all claims against Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC arising from my/our participation.
If at any time during the activities I feel discomfort or pain, I will inform and seek assistance from the teacher. I may rest at any time during the retreat and I will listen to my body and respect its limits on any given day.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any activity program. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in fitness classes or workshops.
I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any serious illness or injury before every class. I accept that neither the instructors, nor the hosting facility, are liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from my participation in this retreat.
Exclusion of Participation
In the unfortunate circumstance, if a guest conceals physical and/or health issues, is unfit, and/or causes disruptions that endanger the provision of the service and/or the health of other participants, facilitators, or equipment the guest can be excluded from the participation of the retreat after an initial warning. If the situation arises, the contract will be terminated without further notice, already paid costs are non-refundable and incurring costs are to be paid by the guest.
Consent for Photography/Video
I authorize Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC to make still photographic and/or video recordings of my participation in retreat activities. I understand that I am in no way required to grant this authorization, and that I may revoke this authorization at any time by giving written notice to Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC. The recordings/photography of my participation may be used for marketing, advertising, and educational purposes.
By signing this document, you are attesting that you have received, read, fully understand to the information above, and that you are consenting to participate in the Wellness and Burnout Retreat with Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC.
Travel Insurance
All Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests are required to have travel insurance if attending a retreat and provide/submit proof of travel insurance to Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC.
Solicitation
Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC asks that there be no solicitation (written or verbal) or self-promotion during a retreat other than approved materials that have been discussed and approved by Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC. Requests or materials should be submitted to Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC, preferably before the retreat, for approval. This applies to all staff, volunteers, participants, and guests of Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC events or retreats, for the entire duration of the retreat. Persons or businesses donating items or services for the gift bags may have their business card or brochure attached to the item. The items should be submitted and approved by Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC, preferably in advance of the event or retreat. This applies to all persons or businesses donating items to be distributed at the retreat, including all those present at the event or retreat.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests acknowledges and agrees that Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC services, and any logos, designs, text, graphics, software, content, files, materials, and any other intellectual property rights contained, including without limitation, any copyrights, patents, trademarks, proprietary or other rights arising thereof, are owned by Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC or its affiliates, licensors, or suppliers. Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests acknowledges and agrees that the source and object code of the website and the format, directories, queries, algorithms, structure, and organization of the same are the intellectual property, proprietary, and confidential information of Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC and its affiliates, licensors, and suppliers. Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests expressly agrees not to do anything inconsistent with Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC ownership of all of the intellectual property discussed. Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests further agrees that there are no rights, title, or interest in or to any of the Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC Intellectual Property. In addition, staff, volunteers, participants, and guests are not conveyed any right or license by implication, estoppel, or otherwise in or under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights of Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC or any third party.
RESTRICTIONS
All Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests are prohibited from selling or reselling Guest's space in the Retreat/Event. Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests are prohibited from reselling event/retreat materials. Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests are prohibited from retrieving other's contact information or people at event or in Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC contacts/communication for solicitation.
Additionally, when attending Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC Events or Retreats, if you post on social media or share your experience or attendance do not share in a manner that may portray that the event or retreat is your event or retreat, do tag or mention Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC if applicable. Staff, volunteers, participants, and guests are prohibited from audio/video recording trainings, presentations, workshops at retreats or events unless approval has been provided by Consider Yourself Credentialed, LLC.
