The NPL Veterans Day Meet at T2R

 

Date & Time: 08 November 2025, 0900 

Location: Time to Rise Fitness, 6525 Shillington Plaza, Shillington, PA 19607, USA

This event will be held within Time to Rise Fitness and spectators will need to purchase a ticket to enter the event (lifters will not).

DRUG TESTING: 
Drug testing by urinalysis. Drug Testing will be a 10% targeted selection based on the top DOTs scores. Drug Test will take place at the end of each session. If selected you must submit a sample. If you do not submit a sample it will count as a failed Drug Test. 

 

Eligibility: Eligibility: Any male or female 13 years or older. Lifters must be current NPL members. Good for one year from the date of purchase. Must purchase online before the contest.

 

This is a tested meet. State and National records can be set.

 

Divisions: Open, Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23, Sub-master 35-39, Master 40-44, 45-49, etc

Weight Classes: Men: 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, 308+ (SHW)

Women: 97, 105, 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 242+ (SHW)

 

Rules: One-piece singlet must be worn, as a minimum for all lifters. Underwear must be "V" type legless aka "tighty whities", or jockstrap. No compression shorts or spandex allowed.

Raw Sleeves: requires a one piece singlet, and allows 4 inch wide buckle or lever belt (No velcro belts or padding on the inside of the belt), wristwraps can be up to 1 meter, and single layer kneesleeves. Over the calf long socks required for the deadlift for all lifters.

Classic Wraps: Is raw except it allows up to 3-meter knee wraps for the squat.

Single Ply rules: Single-Ply squat, bench, and deadlift suits only! No velcro straps on the squat/deadlift suit. Velcro is allowed on the bench shirt, but must close the back completely. No velcro straps are allowed on squat or deadlift suit. No support briefs allowed in single ply.

Multi Ply rules: Multi-Ply division allows multi-ply squat, bench shirts, and deadlift suits along with open back shirts and Velcro straps for the DL suit.

 A 30kg bar and collar set will be used for all squats and a 25kg bar and collar set will be used for bench and deadlift. Texas Bars will be brand used. 

Schedule:

Early Weigh-in/Gear Check - Friday 11/07, 9:00AM-11:30AM evening early weigh-ins will be 4:00PM-6:00PM at the meet venue

Rules Briefing/Warm Ups AM Session: Saturday, 8AM

Lifting Begins AM Session: Saturday, 9AM

Awards and Drug test: Saturday ~ 1PM

PM Session: (This session is depend on how quickly we can move through the AM Session) Times are estimates

Lifting Begins PM Session: Saturday ~2PM

 

Awards:

Open: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group

Best Lifter: Any Division with 5+ lifters will receive a certificate and award.

 

Entry Fee: $160per lifter, add $45 for second class( Open+Jr, Open+ Master), add $30 for an extra event (PL+DLO, BPO+DLO)

 

Payment: Payment of entry fees will be done via PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal to submit your entry after completing your registration details. Entries will not be considered final until your payment has been received.

Drug Tests

I understand I maybe drug tested during this event. I understand that if selected and I refuse or cannot provide a sample it will be considered as a failed drug test. If I am under 18 ages old on the meet date, I will have a parent or guardian present at the time of the drug test (end of meet or session). 

FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF PARTICIPANTS OF MINORITY AGE(UNDER AGE 18 AT TIME OF REGISTRATION) This is to certify that I, as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree to his/her release as provided above of all the Releases, and, for myself, my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releases from any and all liabilities incident to my minor child's involvement or participation in these programs as provided above, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES,to the fullest extent permitted by law.
