  • You need to undertake an assessment overseas or in Australia with a TRA skills assessment provider before continuing.

    This includes a documentary assessment, a technical interview and a practical assessment.

    If successful, you will be issued with an Off-Shore Technical Skills Record (OTSR) in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

  • You will need to apply and receive an Australian Visa that allows you to take part in work-based occupational training activities to improve your skills for your job, area of tertiary study, field of expertise or in a professional development training program within Australia before continuing.

  • You will need to find full time employment in Australia within the air conditioning and refrigeation industry before continuing.

    This allows you to complete the necessary 'on the job' work experience over a minimum 12 month timeframe.

  • You need to apply for an ARC TL000 Trainee Licence (Classroom and Workplace) before continuing.
