✨ All of our pork is pre-packaged by our USDA-certified butcher and sold by the pound. Since each cut varies slightly in weight, we ask that you select the number of packages you'd like for each item. The approximate weight per package is listed alongside each product to help guide your choices.

If you have a preference for smaller or larger cuts, feel free to leave us a note in the comment section—we’ll do our very best to match your request as closely as possible. 🐷💛

Our pigs are pasture-raised right here on our farm in Redmond, Oregon, and fed a natural, non-GMO, corn- and soy-free diet. We take pride in raising our animals ethically and sustainably, with no antibiotics or added hormones, so you can feel good about what’s on your plate.

Important Delivery Info:
If you won’t be available to receive your delivery, we recommend having a cooler ready so we can safely place your order inside. This helps ensure your pork stays frozen until you're able to retrieve it and keeps it safe from critters. While we do not require a cooler for delivery, please note that we cannot be held liable for the condition of the products if left unattended outside.
