If you would like to enrol your child to any of the Music Ensembles, please complete the following form and SUBMIT. A member of the Music Department will then be in touch to provide information about your child’s enrolment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT

1. Students in all LCC ensembles are expected to maintain a high level of commitment. I will ensure that my child will attend all rehearsals with the necessary equipment and arrive on time unless he/she is unwell.

2. Any students who miss more than two rehearsals in a term for no explained reason, risk losing their place in the ensemble.

3. As parent / guardian, I will support the Music Department in ensuring that my child will have practised the repertoire in advance.

4. I will support my child's involvement in all relevant performances with this ensemble.
