Pre-Ordering & Payment
Pre-ordering is recommended to guarantee your desired ice cream flavours.
Pre-orders must be placed by Thursday 8PM before your intended pickup weekend.
No deposit is required — full payment is due at the time of ordering.
Our ice cream is made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality.
Orders will not be prepared or released without full payment.
Same-day orders are limited to what’s available in stock on open kitchen days.

Pickup days: Saturday & Sunday
Pickup hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (scheduled time required)
Location: Bowmanville
Late Pickup Policy:A 20-minute grace period is allowed.
- After 20 minutes, your order will be held until the next business day, and a $20 cold storage fee will apply.
- This fee must be paid before rescheduling or completing your pickup.
- Ice cream must be placed into a freezer immediately after pickup to maintain quality.
Delivery Info:
- Delivery days: Saturday & Sunday
- Delivery window: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- $20 flat fee for delivery within 15 km. Paid via E-Transfer.
- For addresses beyond 15 km, a third-party courier (e.g., Uber Courier) will be used — rates vary by location and timing. Paid via E-Transfer.
- Delivery Fees are not included and are a seperate charge.
Delivery Terms:
- Someone must be present to receive the delivery.'
- If The Culinary Canvas delivers and no one is available, the order will be returned, and no refund will be issued.
- If delivered by a third-party courier, the product may be left unattended, and no refund will be given.
- We are not responsible for any changes in product condition (e.g., melting, softening) due to delivery time, distance, delays, or weather.
- By selecting delivery, customers accept all related risks.
Refunds & Exchanges
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any frozen food items once they have left our premises.
Allergen Notice
- Our ice cream is produced in a facility that handles: dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), soy, and eggs.
- While we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur.
Customers are responsible for informing themselves and their guests of potential allergens.
Liability Disclaimer
By placing an order, you agree to accept the above terms and release The Culinary Canvas from liability for allergic reactions, delivery-related issues, or quality changes once your item has been picked up or delivered.
