Drift South Hotlap registration

To purchase a ride in a Drift Car at the Drift South event on Sunday 20/4/25 please enter your details below and complete the payment section.

Cost - $150 per ride.

Hotlaps will be completed after the competition event is completed, estimated time 3-4pm.

Passengers must be aged 12 and over, under 16's need parent/guardian signoff (sorted on the day).

Car used will be approved for passengers by Motorsport NZ, complete with full roll cage racing seats and safety harnesses.

Safety gear provided, or BYO if you have a double/triple layer race suit and motorsport approved helmet.
Passenger must be wearing shoes/socks and non flammable clothing (cotton/jeans etc is perfect)

Rides will be minimum 2x laps of the curcuit layout to be chosen on the day.

Driver will be chosen from those available at the time, no guarantee of anyone specific but requests can be considered at the time depending on availability.

Payment must be completed via credit/debit card on this form.
If for any reason the ride can not be completed an dalternate date will be offered and if that does not work a full refund will be given.

This payment does not include entry to the event.

Registered passengers should check in with event officials when called up on the PA system, expected time around 3pm.
Location, in the pit paddock area, in the gap between the pit garages and control tower building complex. Under the balcony.

A limited number of reservations may be able to be made on the day only if space allows. Early reservations give top priority.

I, the undersigned Passenger understand that my presence at this event and venue is entirely at my own risk.
I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified MotorSport New Zealand Inc and the Organising member Car Club named above,
all the owners and tenants of property traversed by this event; the respective officials, servants, representatives and agents from
and against all losses, actions, claims, expenses and demands in respect of my death, injury, loss of or damage to the persons or
property of myself or of any other persons whatsoever howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with this Indemnity, or
my taking part in this event.
I acknowledge that I must obey the instructions of the Event Organisers Officials, Marshals and Driver.
I confirm that I will request the Driver or their Crew brief me on basic event safety procedures, how to wear and subsequently
uncouple the safety harness fitted to the vehicle and how to exit the vehicle that I will be a passenger in during the event.

space below. If I am between the ages of 12 to 16, I am required to present either a valid Junior Competition licence or an underage indemnity form signed by my Parent or Guardian
