Terms and Conditions for Unity Grammar After-School Soccer Program
1. Things to Know About the Start of Your Membership
As a member of the Unity Grammar After-School Soccer Program, you must adhere to these terms and conditions, including our Academy Code of Conduct.
1.1 What Type of Memberships Do We Offer?
We offer different membership options based on commitment levels. Please review these carefully to determine which option best fits your needs.
1.2 Do We Offer Any Discounts?
Setting Up a Family Membership
We offer discounted rates for immediate family members if:
They are linked to a primary, full-paying member.
The primary member agrees to pay for all memberships from the same account.
If the primary member cancels their membership, the family member will continue to be charged, but no longer at the discounted rate. If payment details are changed, the family member must set up their own account and payment method.
1.3 Age Requirements
We welcome all students of Unity Grammar. There is no minimum age for participation. We are fully equipped to coach all age groups.
If you are 18 years old or older, a parent or guardian must co-sign your membership agreement and pre-exercise questionnaire.
1.4 When Does Your Agreement Start?
Your membership agreement begins once it is signed and accepted by the Academy. Any conflicting information provided in-person or by phone will be superseded by these terms and your signed agreement.
Paying the Start-Up Fee
A non-refundable start-up fee is required at the time of enrolment or renewal. This fee will not be refunded if you cancel during the comfort guarantee period.
Understanding Our Rights
If there is a miscalculation in your membership agreement, we will correct it within two weeks of signing.
1.5 Health and Safety
By signing this agreement, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and aware of no medical conditions that would prevent you from participating in physical activities. If you have any concerns, we strongly recommend seeking medical advice before beginning the program.
Our staff are not medically trained and cannot assess your fitness level. You are responsible for ensuring your health and safety during the program.
2. Things to Know During Your Membership
2.1 Payment of Membership Fees
Paying Ongoing Membership Fees
Fees for ongoing memberships are paid in advance on a term by term basis via direct debit or through credit card via an online link. You may also choose to pay upfront for some membership options.
Renewing Your Membership
At the end of your membership, you can renew it at the existing rate. If not, your membership will be renewed at the current rate.
2.2 How Does Direct Debit Work?
Your membership fees will be automatically debited from your nominated account every term. If paying by credit card, a small surcharge may apply. Debit dates will remain consistent, but if a payment date falls on a public holiday, the payment will be processed on the next business day.
You are responsible for ensuring there are sufficient funds in your account for payment.
2.3 Late or Failed Payments
If your payment is late or fails, we will suspend your Academy access until payment is made. A late fee of $7.50 will apply, and we will continue to attempt to debit the outstanding amount.
2.4 Can We Change Your Agreement?
We may need to change our terms and conditions, including training hours, services, or fees. We will provide 28 days' notice of any changes. If we suspend our services temporarily or permanently, we will notify you of the options available to you.
2.5 Can We Increase Your Fees?
Membership fees may be increased after the minimum term has ended. We will provide 28 days' notice before any increase takes effect.
2.6 How Can You Protect Your Health?
If you believe any Academy activities could affect your health, you must inform us in writing. If your medical condition changes, you must notify us immediately. We may require medical clearance before you continue participating.
2.7 How Can You Give Us Feedback?
We welcome your feedback! If you have any questions or suggestions about our program, please feel free to share them with us.
