Appointments with Genetics On-The-Go require full payument at the time of booking.

Cancellations or rescheduling requestes must be submitted at least 24hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24hours notice, late arrivals without notice or no-show appointments are non-refundable.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, with no notice, your appointment may be cancelled and will require a new booking.
