Private pay students are responsible for their own testing fees. If a student is sponsored, the sponsoring facility would be responsible for first attempt on testing unless agreed between the student and sponsor otherwise. State testing for Phlebotomy is optional in Arkansas but may be mandatory in other states. The price for ALL National Tests is $134 currently. However prices could possibly change. That fee goes directly to NHA from the student or sponsor.
