The theme of this year’s Raft Race is "Rock the Raft: Make, Paddle and Roll!" Transform your homemade raft into your favourite band and paddle down the Thames in musical glory! Whether you're ABBA in disco sequins, Queen in royal regalia, or BTS with perfect choreography (good luck!), bring your band to life on water.
Get inspired!

Teams of four (ages 12+) can enter for just £15 per raft. From punk to pop, metal to K-pop, every genre is welcome – imagine the Spice Girls reunited, Coldplay with floating lights, or Stormzy leading a grime revolution! The 2km route from Nauticalia promises cheering crowds, splashing fun, and unforgettable memories. Don't worry about perfect paddling – it's about creativity, camaraderie and probably getting soaked!
