This comfortable main-floor bedroom features a king-size bed and a dedicated desk/workspace, giving you a peaceful place to rest, journal, or simply enjoy a little solitude during the retreat. Shared Deluxe Queen Room

Share the retreat experience while still enjoying plenty of personal comfort. This spacious room features two queen-size beds, giving each guest her own comfortable sleeping space while sharing the room with just one other retreat participant. Located on the lower level, the room shares a nearby hall bathroom with other retreat guests.

Shared Retreat Room

A cozy and accessible way to experience the full Sedona retreat. This shared room features bunk-style sleeping accommodations for two guests, with each woman having her own dedicated sleeping space.

Ideal if you’re comfortable sharing and would rather invest in the experience than a private room, this option gives you everything included in the retreat at our most affordable rate. The room shares a nearby hall bathroom with other retreat guests.

AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By registering for this retreat, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Health & Responsibility
I understand that this retreat may include meditation, guided inner exploration, Human Design, energy work, aromatherapy, walking or hiking, and use of amenities such as a pool, hot tub and sauna.

I take responsibility for my own wellbeing and agree to inform the retreat host of any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, dietary restrictions or limitations that may affect my participation.

I understand that this retreat is for personal growth and wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

2. Participation & Assumption of Risk
I understand that all retreat activities are optional and that I am encouraged to listen to my own needs and boundaries.

I voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with participating in the retreat, including outdoor activities, hiking, weather conditions and use of the property's amenities. I release Isabel Churchill, her collaborators and the retreat venue from liability to the extent permitted by law, except in cases where liability cannot legally be waived.

3. Retreat Environment
I understand that this is a shared group experience and agree to respect the privacy, boundaries and wellbeing of other participants.

The facilitator reserves the right to dismiss a participant whose conduct creates a safety concern or significantly disrupts the group, without refund to the extent permitted by law.

4. Schedule & Weather
I understand that the retreat itinerary is intentionally flexible. Activities and timing may change based on weather or trail conditions, safety considerations, the needs of the group, or circumstances outside the host's control.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Retreat payments are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of registration.

Cancellations within 7 days of registration are eligible for a full refund.

After 7 days, payments are non-refundable unless the host is able to fill the vacated spot. If the spot is filled, a refund may be provided minus a $100 administrative fee and any non-recoverable costs.

No refunds are provided for illness, travel delays or cancellations, personal emergencies, late arrival, early departure, or choosing not to participate in an activity.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

If the retreat is cancelled by the host, retreat payments made to the host will be refunded. Travel and other personal expenses are not included.

6. Deposit, Room Selection & Final Payment
If I choose to reserve my place with the $499 deposit, I understand that the deposit secures my place at the retreat but does not reserve or guarantee a specific room, bed type, or accommodation category.

My accommodation will be selected from the rooms still available when I pay my remaining balance. The $499 deposit will be applied toward the total price of the accommodation I select.

The deposit becomes non-refundable 7 days after registration. The remaining balance must be paid in full by December 15, 2026.

If the remaining balance is not received by the deadline, my reservation may be cancelled and my space released.

7. Photography & Privacy
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for future promotional purposes. I may opt out by notifying the host before the retreat.

I also agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not share another participant's personal stories or experiences without their permission.
